Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Setting: Inspection, Installation, Commercial, Maintenance, Warehouse
  • Tasks: Prepare production and other reports, Supervise workers and projects, Co-ordinate and schedule activities, Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, Train or arrange for training, Estimate costs and materials, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Recommend personnel actions, Read blueprints and drawings
  • Supervision: 5-10 people, Tilesetters, Floor covering installers, Labourers
  • Other Benefits: Team building opportunities, Parking available, Travel insurance, Permanent employment, English language, 30 to 35 hours per week

As a Building Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
