Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Clerk to join our team at MOBILE SNAP. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Arrange Billing and Refunds: Process billing and refunds for services provided to clients.
  • Explain Services: Clearly explain the type and cost of services offered to clients.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records and statistics of customer interactions.
  • Perform General Office Duties: Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a customer service role is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
