Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Satisfaction Representative at MAG Technologies Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Satisfaction Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Answer written and oral inquiries, provide information, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Complaint Handling: Receive and log complaints, and work with customers to resolve issues.
  • Payment Processing: Receive payments and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Sales: Sell merchandise and provide information to customers.
  • Consultation: Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, and provide ongoing support after sales.
  • Communication: Answer clients' inquiries and provide information in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
