About the Role

Meadows Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Aide to join our team. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventory, and supporting our pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure that prescription information is accurate and up-to-date, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that medications and pharmaceutical products are properly stocked and organized.
  • Support to Pharmacists: Provide administrative support to our pharmacists, assisting with tasks such as entering client information into databases and maintaining prescription records.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure seamless operations.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, team player, reliable, and able to multitask.
