About the Role

Meadows Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Aide to join our team. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventory, and supporting our pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure that prescription information is accurate and up-to-date, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and ensure that all medications and pharmaceutical products are properly stored and organized.
  • Support to Pharmacists: Provide administrative support to our pharmacists, including entering client information into databases and maintaining prescription records.
  • Compound and Package Medications: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products as needed, and ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, team player, reliable, and able to multitask.
