Position Overview:

The International Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in finding and engaging new business leads.

The representative will use both company-provided lists and their own prospecting skills to identify opportunities for estimators to bid on projects.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as the candidate will connect with potential clients through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls and send emails to businesses in Alabama to generate new leads.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through prospecting and research.
  • Qualify leads and forward them to estimators for bidding.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Use software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Voice for day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Experience in business development or sales preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to prospect and research potential leads independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Voice.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
