Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Pizza 64 Vernon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budget to optimize and maintain restaurant profits
  • Develop and implement budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, and supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure efficiency
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals
  • Participate in marketing plans and events to drive sales
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

Pizza 64 Vernon is a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and multitask in a busy kitchen and dining area.
