About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our dynamic team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive loan monitoring reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Interface with clients and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct in-depth research on construction market conditions in Canada, analyzing official published data to inform our cost management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to capture key information and learning from each commission.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and participate in ISO audits to maintain our high standards.
  • Manage commissions efficiently, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective knowledge management systems.
  • Support the recruitment process, including interviews and performance reviews.
