Job Title: Senior Cost Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Consultant to join our team in the Americas Region. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in providing cost management services to our clients, ensuring that their projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure project costs are accurately estimated and controlled.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide cost advice to clients, including cost estimating, cost planning, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure that our cost management services are always aligned with the latest industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in cost management, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cost management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other cost management software.
