About the Role

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be a member of good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support case development and litigation efforts.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on realization and insolvency.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong research and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
