Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $20.40 per hour. This rate may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, scanning and sorting packages within our facility. Your ability to work efficiently and safely will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer service.

  • Loading and unloading freight from trucks and containers
  • Scanning and sorting packages using barcode scanners and automated systems
  • Maintaining a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all company safety protocols and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (an asset)
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds with proper equipment
