We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including coordinating and directing the work of team members.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including reports, minutes, and other records, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or project management.
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the facilities management or infrastructure sector.
- Professional engineering license (highly desired).
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with minimal travel required. The role will involve working in an office and field environment, with occasional work in heat and cold, and working from heights.
The physical demands of the role include minimal reaching, bending, squatting, and walking, with the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
