We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. This is a physically demanding role.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Language:

The primary language of work is French.

Work Schedule:

35 hours per week.
