Job Title: Training Officer - Education and Development

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Officer to join our team at Iree Community Agency Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising teaching assistants, preparing reports, and conducting course and program evaluation or review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise teaching assistants to ensure effective delivery of training programs
  • Prepare reports on training program outcomes and recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct course and program evaluation or review to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide consultative services to government, business, and other organizations on training and development needs
  • Lead discussion groups and seminars on training and development topics
  • Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Administer evaluative tests to assess training program effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in training and development
  • Flexibility, organized, reliability, creativity, and strong communication skills

Work Setting: Business and/or industry

Work Language: English

Hours: 35 hours per week
