Job Title: Training Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Officer to join our team at Iree Community Agency Inc.

Job Summary:

The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to staff and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of staff and stakeholders
  • Deliver training sessions to staff and stakeholders
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps
  • Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff on their performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions:

The Training Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and manage competing demands.

Language:

The working language is English.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
