About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Rain Day Spa Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Dust and vacuum furniture, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Stock linen closet.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Launder clothing and household linens.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week.
