Rain Day Spa Inc. is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Make beds and change sheets to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests.
  • Stock linen closet to ensure a sufficient supply of linens.
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to our guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Handling heavy loads and physically demanding work.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing and walking.
  • Overtime required and ability to work in a sitting position for extended periods.
  • Standing for extended periods and walking.
