Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Taxi Driver to join our team at Steinbach Taxi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Clean and perform minor repairs to the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Pick up passengers and drive them to their destinations, assist with luggage, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Record transactions, collect fares, and attend to any complaints or difficult passengers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Hold a valid Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle licence (Class 4 or E) and undergo regular criminal record checks, driver's validity licence checks, and drug tests.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
