We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at LIQUOR DISCOUNTER SCOTT ROAD LTD. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties to ensure optimal store performance
  • Authorize the return of merchandise to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs
  • Sell merchandise to customers, providing excellent customer service
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
