About the Role

Mystica Tours Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on travel products and services, including destinations, transportation options, and accommodation types.

Requirements
