Job Title: Travel Agent

We are seeking a skilled Travel Agent to join our team at Royal Star Insurance & Travel Ltd. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and travel expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate new travel destinations, hotels, and amenities to stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Sell travel products and travel insurance to clients, providing them with personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Provide clients with detailed information on travel regulations, duty-free allowances, health risks, and requirements.
  • Assist with cancellations and schedule changes, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain contact lists, including travel industry partners and suppliers.
  • Make transportation and accommodation reservations using our computerized reservation and ticketing system.
  • Offer expert advice on travel options, including destinations, transportation, and accommodation choices.
Requirements:
  • Will train on our systems and processes.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
