  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, aligning with business objectives.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
