Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our retail business, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our store and increase sales.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of our store.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail business environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Our store is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Manager, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
