Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Equipment Servicer to join our team at Levitt Safety Limited. As a Fire Equipment Servicer, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining fire equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect fire equipment to determine the requirements for repair and maintenance
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools
  • Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper functioning
  • Calibrate equipment using hand tools
  • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in fire equipment servicing
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Positive attitude and punctuality
Work Environment

As a Fire Equipment Servicer, you will work in various locations, including industrial settings, and may be required to travel overnight. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail is crucial.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
