Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fire Equipment Servicer to join our team at Levitt Safety Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining fire safety equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect fire safety equipment to determine the requirements for repair or maintenance
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools
  • Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper functioning
  • Calibrate equipment using hand tools
  • Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in fire safety equipment servicing
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and a valid driver's license

Work Environment:

  • Various locations
  • Willingness to travel overnight
