Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our Head Office team in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness and leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to understand key target audience segments and the value of our solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
  • Strengthen our digital presence and attract qualified leads through compelling messaging and channel execution
  • Use KPIs to evaluate and improve marketing initiatives
  • Develop a comprehensive partner strategy to amplify brand visibility
  • Drive innovation and high performance within the marketing team

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience within the IT sector, including digital marketing, marketing strategy, and execution
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Previous experience with partnership relationship management, including experience with Microsoft partner programs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions
  • Leadership experience with a track record of fostering team growth

Compensation

$122,360 - $165,000 a year
