About the Role

The Product Analyst role at Haleon is a dynamic opportunity to partner with Global Consumer Relations and cross-functional Tech teams to drive continuous improvements for Tech products. You will be accountable for business and technical analysis, aligning with the business on product roadmaps, and delivering technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements for Tech product development, new features, and capabilities.
  • Product Management: Manage the backlog for the dedicated squad, cooperate on product development, and lead Agile ceremonies.
  • Technical Configuration/Customerization: Work with developers, architects, and internal partners to conduct technical configuration and customization of solutions.
  • Product Domain: Understand the product domain from a technology perspective and manage incoming demand as part of a product backlog.
  • Quality, Risk, and Compliance: Ensure products supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies, external regulatory, and statutory requirements.
  • Change and Release Management: Manage change activity, including Software as a Service delivered change, into the production service in a compliant and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience with technical solutions supporting Consumer Relations/Sales or similar business functions and related systems configuration and IT project management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with a proven track record in successful technical development, web design, solution design, program, and product delivery and service management.
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, excellent relationship management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Product Management through Agile Software Development and toolsets experience in Scrum, Kanban, SAFE is desirable.
