Job Title: Governance Support Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Application Support Specialist to join our team at Timreed. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a Governance, Risk, Compliance Application (GRC) for a major integration program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support 10+ lines of business using the application (Archer) to stabilize the application and act as the first line of support for all issues.
  • Request changes and control issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of the GRC application.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Application Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/SQL Server and scripting experience using Python/PowerShell.
  • Experience with C# and.NET.
  • Experience working in a Windows environment.
  • Preferably experience within financial services or enterprise environment.
