Job Title: Governance Support Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Application Support Specialist to join our team at Timreed. As a Governance Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a Governance, Risk, Compliance Application (GRC) for a major integration program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support 10+ lines of business using the application (Archer) to stabilize the application.
  • Act as first line of support for all issues, request changes and control issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Application support role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/SQL Server and scripting experience using Python/PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of C# and.NET.
  • Experience within financial services, or enterprise environment preferred.
  • Experience working in a Windows environment.
