Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Katch Seafood & Pizza Bank. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff members to ensure they are meeting their job expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage events and functions in the café, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of our facilities, ensuring that our café is utilized to its full potential.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Manager at Katch Seafood & Pizza Bank, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure to meet customer expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have excellent attention to detail.
