**Job Summary:**

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Event Promoter to promote our events and services to potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase event attendance, creating and distributing promotional materials, and managing event budgets.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase event attendance and engagement

• Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures to effectively communicate event details

• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners to foster event growth

• Monitor and analyze event attendance and customer feedback to inform future promotional efforts

• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting business objectives

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience as an event promoter with a strong track record of success

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and partners

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

• Knowledge of marketing and promotional techniques to develop effective strategies

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software to manage event operations

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
