Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
• Ensure guests enjoy their dining experience, offering assistance as needed.
• Efficiently clear, wipe, and reset tables and chairs after guests depart.
• Promptly deliver room service orders to guests.
• Accurately serve alcoholic beverages while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Handle financial transactions with precision, performing reconciliations as required.
