About the Role

First Onsite - CA is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will play a critical role in rebuilding homes and businesses for our residential and commercial customers after fire or flood emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and install various components of residential and commercial buildings, including roofs, cabinets, and other structures.
  • Oversee laborers to ensure that quality standards are met and that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with construction crews to deliver superior quality work to our customers.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and that health and safety protocols are respected.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in the carpentry trade, with a strong background in construction or restoration.
  • Ability to pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts.
  • Ability to complete work activities that may include physical labor, material handling, and lifting, as well as working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces).
