Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service and respond to client inquiries and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client information and transactions.
- Process and manage insurance claims, including batching, ordering, and stock reconciliation.
- Conduct inventory control and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Level 1 or 2 Autoplan Licence with ICBC knowledge.
- Minimum 3 months Autoplan experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
