About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in our neurodivergent-affirming community-based pediatric practice. As a key member of our team, you will work with a diverse group of funders, including MCFD, CBIPCY, schools, and parents, to provide home, school, and community-based rehabilitation for children with autism, brain injuries, and other developmental concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct community-based assessments and implement treatment plans to address ADLs, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual perception, and other functional areas.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to children and their families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with funders, schools, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and research in pediatric occupational therapy.

Requirements
  • Registration with the RASP or eligibility for RASP is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric OT work experience is required.
