About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in our neurodivergent-affirming community-based pediatric practice. As a key member of our team, you will work with a diverse group of funders, including MCFD, CBIPCY, schools, and parents, to provide home, school, and community-based rehabilitation for children with autism, brain injuries, and other developmental concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct community-based assessments and implement treatment plans to address ADLs, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual perception, and other functional areas.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to children and their families.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with funders, schools, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and research in pediatric occupational therapy.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that values innovation and professional growth.
- A competitive salary range of $60.00-$75.60 per hour.

- Registration with the RASP or eligibility for RASP is required.
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric OT work experience is required.
