We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our Product team at Spare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our software for cities to power their mobility needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the design of our product, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and user-centered experience
* Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and quality across the product
* Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
