Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 2504983 Ontario Inc OA Subway Sandwich. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and maintain accurate records of food usage.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
