- Cost Control and Budgeting: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, prepare budgets, and ensure cost-effective meal preparation.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet high-quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, involving standing for extended periods, walking, and combination of sitting and standing.
