Job Title: UX Designer - Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at Foilcon. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions for our web applications, ensuring that our products are intuitive, efficient, and meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user interfaces and user experiences for web applications, using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Collaborate with product management and delivery teams to gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into engaging and effective UI experiences.
  • Lead and facilitate product discovery and design sessions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Establish and maintain design systems and frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
  • Work closely with front-end developers and other product team members to successfully build, test, and deploy cutting-edge user interfaces and UI components.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' hands-on experience using Figma to design web application features and assets.
  • 3+ years' experience providing UX/UI leadership and defining best practices and methodologies.
  • 8+ years' UX experience designing web applications, preferably enterprise portals and websites, mobile, and responsive experience.
Deliverables:
  • Design mockups and assets for a custom Web Application (Enterprise BI Platform).
  • Support product management and delivery with mockups and design solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate product discovery and design sessions.
  • Establish a Design System and framework.
Knowledge Transfer:
  • The Candidate will ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the Ontario Health team before end of engagement.
  • The Candidate must provide documentation related to UI/UX design, research, and prototypes, including source files as part of Knowledge transfer protocol.
  • Documents will be reviewed by leads and signed off by manager.
  • The Candidate should provide knowledge transfer to a full-time UI/UX designer resource, at least two weeks prior to end of engagement.
  • A complete walkthrough of accomplished work, including all design assets and prototypes, to the team will be required before end of agreement.
  • All research and design assets are considered OH material and will be transferred to OH archives.
