Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mean To Clean Inc.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent full-time position, with an estimated salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on the national average for this role in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects;
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and prioritization;
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and productivity;
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly;
- Work collaboratively with staff to achieve team goals and objectives;
- Maintain accurate records and files, both manual and computerized;
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and organization.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
