Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mean To Clean Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a permanent full-time position, with an estimated salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on the national average for this role in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects;
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and prioritization;
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and productivity;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly;
  • Work collaboratively with staff to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both manual and computerized;
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and organization.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
