As a Security Guard with GardaWorld, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in law enforcement. Our training program covers essential topics such as:

  • Protecting people, assets, and property
  • Interacting with authorities and emergency services
  • Monitoring detainees
  • Completing administrative functions
  • Conducting preventive surveillance rounds

To be eligible for this role, you must be available to work flexible hours, have a policing or corrections background, or 3+ years of experience as a high-profile security officer. You must also possess a First Aid CPR Level C certification, be a permanent Canadian resident for at least 5 years, and have a clear criminal background. Additionally, you must be able to obtain and maintain Federal Reliability Security Clearance status and be eligible to work in Canada. Bilingualism is an asset, as needed per location.
