Job Summary

Eddy's Demolition & Excavation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck to transport goods and materials to various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
Requirements
  • DZ class license
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a dump truck driver
  • Knowledge of GPS navigation systems
