About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Prepare and cook meals, adhering to food safety guidelines and presentation standards
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure efficient service
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
