Job Title: Personal Care Aide

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 61-80 kg (133-176 lbs) and stand for extended periods
