Job Title: Clothing Plant Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Clothing Plant Labourer at SASKATCHEWAN INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting items throughout the plant using powered equipment, transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually, checking and weighing materials and products, sorting, packing, crating, and packaging materials and products, assisting machine operators, assemblers, and other workers, performing other labouring and elemental activities, and cleaning machines and immediate work areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually
  • Check and weigh materials and products
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
Requirements:

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. The candidate must be physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs). The work environment is clean and well-maintained, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
