About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Developer to join our team at Sonova AG. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing microcontroller software solutions for hearing aid applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide microcontroller development support for hearing aid related applications.
  • Design and implement microcontroller-based software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design documents to ensure requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Perform verification and validation of software and systems.
  • Troubleshoot software and system issues as needed.
  • Work closely with the Software Quality Assurance and Electroacoustic teams to provide input into test cases.
  • Maintain coding standards and best practices for software development.
  • Participate in code review process to ensure quality is built into the software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous embedded software development experience is a strong asset.
