We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, leading the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the sales team to achieve exceptional sales performance.
  • Directing and coordinating the activities of all sales employees.
  • Mentoring and developing the skills of sales consultants.
  • Enhancing the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
  • Recruiting and retaining high-performing sales personnel.
  • Establishing and enforcing product-knowledge standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with OMVIC rules and regulations.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of Automotive Sales experience.
  • 3+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and One-Eighty (180) considered an asset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
