Our client, based in Brampton, is a leading provider of integrated shipping solutions, offering a comprehensive one-stop-shop for businesses of all sizes. With a broad range of services, including Less Than Truckload (LTL), Full Truckload (FTL), warehousing, pick and pack services, and integrations with leading platforms such as Shopify, they simplify the logistics process for e-commerce businesses globally.
In this newly created position, the Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic leadership of the sales team, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves overseeing sales operations across all product offerings, including LTL, FTL, warehousing, pick and pack services, and integrations. This individual will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive client acquisition, retention, and the overall customer experience.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop and execute the sales strategy for customer's full portfolio of services, including LTL, FTL, warehousing, pick and pack, and platform integrations (e.g., Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through lead generation, relationship-building, and partnership development.
Manage key accounts and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
Develop and implement processes to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior leadership.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
Champion customer's brand and solutions, advocating for the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales leadership role, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or e-commerce industries.
Strong knowledge of shipping solutions, including LTL, FTL, warehousing, pick and pack services, and e-commerce platform integrations such as Shopify.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales goals.
Strong business acumen and understanding of financials and performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
Experience with CRM tools, sales analytics software, and sales process optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
