About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at KOSMOS RESTAURANT & LOUNGE. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Special Dietary Requirements: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Operations: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure a high level of presentation and service.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Capabilities: Possess excellent physical capabilities, including attention to detail, fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
