Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving application incidents, working closely with our development team to identify and recommend best practices for configuring the application environment. Additionally, you will channel new adjustment and/or development requests to the respective department.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support for software products
- Bilingual Spanish - English proficiency
- Proficiency in programming languages (VB6, Advanced C#, JavaScript) and databases (MS SQL Server, MS Windows Server)
- Ability to reside in Guatemala City, Mexico, Ecuador, El Salvador
- Flexibility with shifts and work hours (bonuses paid for completed shifts and hours)
- Strong customer service skills
- Banking experience is a plus
- Ability to work night shifts due to the nature of the project
- Tests and interviews will be conducted in English
